China has the most mainstream culinary legacy on the planet. The historical backdrop of their food goes back to around 100 years with fluctuated cooking styles, procedures and fixings that have developed after some time.
Each dish centers around making a harmony between three angles – appearance, fragrance, and taste.
In this class, you’ll learn;
- Egg fried rice (a sumptuous stir fry of steamed rice and vegetables
- Chicken corn soup (a clear soup made with egg whites and kernels of sweetcorn and little bits of chicken)
- Beef in oyster sauce (a quick and easy stir-fry of tender strips of beef in oyster sauce)
- Sweet and sour fish
