COURSE OVERVIEW:
In this enlightening baked dessert cooking class, you will learn how to choose, prepare and bake the desserts.
Your class will begin with a welcome of freshly baked breakfast treats, or a snack if the class takes place in the afternoon.
The session will end with a feast to much down what you’ve made, accompanied by non-alcoholic wine, tea or coffee, and dessert. You will leave us feeling confident about baking dessert at home.
You’ll learn how to bake:
- Desserts: chocolate ecclairs/profiteroles,
- Honey and oats bars
- Swiss roll
- Apple pie
- carrot cake
