COURSE OVERVIEW:
In this class, student should be able to learn how to cook wonderful authentic Greek. You will be welcomed with a snack before launching into the cooking class proper. At the end of the class, you will sit together around the table to enjoy what you have made.
You’ll learn how to make:
- Greek salad (green, red and yellow peppers, cucumber, tomatoes and onions tossed in oregano and topped with feta and calamata olives)
- Greek moussaka (sumptuous baked layers of potatoes, aubergine and mince meat)
- Baklava
