In this pastry class, you will master the techniques needed to make Indian food. This class will take you from the basics to more advances techniques.
You’ll learn how to make:
- Chicken tikka (grilled boneless cubes of tender chicken marinated in a rich blend or spices and yoghurt)
- Mutton korma (mutton cubes gently simmered in a blend of onions, tomatoes and spices serve with biryani rice)
- Fish tikka (grilled fillet of fish marinated in a rich blend or spices and yoghurt).
