COURSE OVERVIEW:
In this class, you will learn how to cook wonderful authentic Eastern food. Nigerian Eastern food is renowned for its bold and punchy flavours and this class is no exception. You’ll learn to make food that is seriously delicious, as well as learning some new skills that apply across all your cooking.
At the end of the class you will sit together around the cookery school table to enjoy what you have made, accompanied by some drinks.
In this class you’ll learn:
- Goat meat pepper-soup (a spicy, watery light soup)
- Vegetable soup with pounded yam ( a nutritious soup made with a blend of pumpkin and water-leaf)
- Unripe plantain
