MCCI’s Baking Baking Patisserie & Confectionery is a study of the fundamental of baking. This includes all activities associated with baking including pastries, cupcakes, baked desserts, cold desserts, dough, bread, custard, creams and mousses, batters, pies, cheesecakes.
